Three Week Liquid Challenge

Whenever I'm trying to get my body back to an overall healthy state I start off with what I consider to be the easiest. I eliminate all the things I've been drinking that hasn't necessarily been the best for me. It's a small step but it makes a pretty big improvement especially on the skin. By all things, I mean everything that isn't good for you, not just soda, but those juices that are from concentrate and the ones that contain corn syrup too. It's hard to figure out which store-bought juices are good for you so if you're not 100% sure it's best to eliminate all of them. Even Naked drinks have preservatives that I wouldn't necessarily like to ease on down daily so it's best to eliminate it all!
 
So what can I drink? Well, I'm glad you asked. You can drink what you make. Juicers and Vitamix blenders (any blender works fine) are sort of a must for this challenge but it's so worth it. It takes three weeks to form a habit and that's the timeframe for this challenge. For first time attempters, you will have a hard time but the results will be awesome and I'll be with you every step of the way.
 
 
This is my challenge to you! 
 
1. CONSUME 1/2 YOUR BODY WEIGHT IN LIQUID OUNCES DAILY OF WATER.
2. DRINK ONLY WHAT YOU MAKE (JUICES, BLENDED DRINKS, ETC)
3. ELIMINATE SODAS AND STORE BOUGHT JUICES
4. DRINK 1-2 CUPS OF TEA BEFORE BED (NATURAL SWEETENERS ALLOWED)
5. DO THIS FOR THREE WEEKS.
6. EXCEPTIONS!!! Nut milks and teas are also allowed in this challenge so whip up some really good smoothies too!!
 
This challenge should be fun and its a huge leap toward a plant-based healthy lifestyle diet. Please document with before and after photos and even a journal. I'd love to see your results!
