Sweet Potato Blackbean Wontons

Recipe

  • 2 Sweet potatoes
  • 1 can black beans (rinsed drained)
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  1. Bake sweet potatoes for 45 min to 1 hour or until soft. Peel the sweet potatoes and add them to a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix until completely blended.
  2. Stuff wontons with filling.
  3. Shallow fry, drain, and enjoy!!
