Breakfast Potatoes
  • Potato | 1

  • onion | 1/2

  • olive oil | 1 tbsp

  • salt n pepper | to taste

  • basil (fresh or dried) | optional to taste

  • garlic powder | to taste

  • onion powder | to taste

  1. Bring sauce pan to a medium heat then add olive oil.

  2. Add diced potatoes to the pan and sauté for 15-20 min depending on the size of your potatoes.

  3. once potatoes have softened and browned nicely add onions and spices; place lid on potatoes and allow them to steam with the onions and spices for 5-10 min depending on the size of your potatoes. Enjoy!
