Breakfast Potatoes
Potato | 1
onion | 1/2
olive oil | 1 tbsp
salt n pepper | to taste
basil (fresh or dried) | optional to taste
garlic powder | to taste
onion powder | to taste
Bring sauce pan to a medium heat then add olive oil.
Add diced potatoes to the pan and sauté for 15-20 min depending on the size of your potatoes.
once potatoes have softened and browned nicely add onions and spices; place lid on potatoes and allow them to steam with the onions and spices for 5-10 min depending on the size of your potatoes. Enjoy!
