Select an experience and schedule a consultation. The entire booking process may take up to one week. Any catering needs short of 30 days notice may be subject to a rush fee of $50-$150.

Step 2: Menu Proposal

After your consultation, we’ll take 24 to 48 hours to create a menu proposal. Once you’ve received and reviewed the proposal, you can accept it or request a tasting ($).

Step 3: Secure your Date

After completing your tasting (optional) and/or accepting our menu proposal, you will be given 1 week to secure your service date by signing your contract and paying a deposit (50%).

Step 4: the Experience

3 weeks prior to your service date you will be prompted to pay your remaining balance (50%). On your service date, we’ll provide exceptional food and the hospitality to match.

Express: Pick-up / Delivery

We’d prepare the food for pick-up or delivery. Minor Reheat instructions may apply. This experience is great for cookouts, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties. This experience is highly recommended for family gatherings or events that involve children. Casual : Buffet

We’d prepare the food and set it up at your location. After we’ve set up your food, we’d maintain present the duration of your event to refill chafers, work possible stations, and tend to guest needs until the end. Once your event is over, we clean and go. This experience is great for weddings, baby showers, birthday celebrations, and holiday parties. This experience is highly recommended for family gatherings or events that involve children. Upscale : Plated

We’d prepare the food and set it up at your location. We’d plate each course to order whilst in between maintaining present during your event to refill possible beverage/food stations, and tend to guest needs until the end. Once your event is over, we clean and go. This is great for weddings, intimate holiday parties, classy birthday celebrations, or a couple’s anniversary. This experience is highly recommended to provide luxurious feel for your event.
